"To All Senior & Colts Players" - The start of the summer weights program is Tuesday 14th and Thursday 16th May 2013 starting from 6pm - 9pm.


On these nights you will go through an induction process of:
1. Demo of exercises / Safety
2. Explanation of program and hand out of weights programs
3. Testing
4. Distribution of keys Players

As promised at the Players Meeting this is the plan and now over to you
1. Organise yourselves into training groups of 3
2. Give your group a name
3. You will get a gym key - the donation is £10 per key, per team
4. Book a time for your induction on either Tuesday or Thursday by emailing Bryan (bryancraig@hotmail.co.uk or 07919530585) - times are 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm, 8.00pm, 8.30pm on both nights
5. 3 rep max tests will take place and the next testing will be end of July
6. Between now & July you will be given the responsibility to train with limited supervision – you’ll be trusted to do so.
7. The team with the biggest collective % gains get the prize pot of the "key cash"

Get yourselves organised, book your time and let's get started, this is open to all U18. - senior players - get yourself in shape for the summer boys!
