After a lengthy selection process, Grant McKelvey has finally announced his Scotland Classics team to play a Haddington Over 35 Select. As you will see, it's a very strong squad with seven full former internationalists, gracing the Neilson Park pitch ! There are many familiar names and even some familiar faces, with Grant adding some spice to the game with several Haddington connections in the Select squad - David Cunningham, Murray Craig, Cammy Murray, Gordon Dickson and Allan Kerr all being ex-Haddington players and, of course, Graeme Burns and Rory Couper being ex-Haddington coaches.

I'm sure we'll be in for an entertaining, fast (!!), free-flowing game. Let's hope for a good day, weather wise, and hopefully a large crowd to see some 'vintage' rugby !

It would be good to see as many people down as possible to support both the Over 35 players and, of course, the first XV !

The Over 35s game will kick-off at 1pm, with the first XV game following on at 3pm !
