Following the success and fun of the Tartan Touch season, a group of mums at the club have set up a women's touch rugby session, which runs every Tuesday evening from 18:00 til 19:00. Having enjoyed playing rugby in a mixed environment with men, women and kids of all ages and abilities, women's only touch rugby provides a different dynamic, and a great opportunity to improve fitness in a fun, no pressure environment.

Each session includes a warm up, modified games to improve various skills, and a touch rugby game. Sessions are taken by one of the club's qualified coaches.
