The bonus point thrashing was the Reds’ second win of the new league season, having seen off Berwick on the opening day, and came thanks to a hat-trick from Kyle Adams and a brace for captain Colin Stuart.
Head coach Rhodri Thomas welcomed back Charlie Hamilton, Mark Renton and Kyle Hamilton all returning to the starting side in the second row, back row and at outside centre, respectively.
On the bench, meanwhile, there was a return for Harry Hamilton, while Alex Watt was an 11th hour addition to the squad, replacing brother Ian (ill).
Gareth Pritchard kicked an early penalty to give the visitors a 3-0 lead, before last season’s top try scorer Kyle Adams went over on the half-hour.
And the county club added a second try just before the break, with Garry Cockburn on hand to score after good work by the pack.
Pritchard converted both tries, and the Reds held a 7-15 lead at the interval.
Captain Stuart was the next man to go over, while Pritchard’s fine form with the boot continued as the Reds extended their lead.
Adams’ second was then quickly followed by the evergreen Reds skipper Stuart completing his brace as the score edged towards the half-century mark.
James Ferguson was the next Haddington player to score, and Adams then completed his hat-trick late on before a 50m breakaway from Jonny Riddell rounded off what was a superb day for the Neilson Park side.
Dalziel did cross twice late on to bring themselves into contention for a four-try bonus point, but they were repelled by a determined Haddington defence, meaning that the Reds left with all five points, while the hosts wait for their first points of the season.
Despite Adams crossing for a hat-trick, James Ferguson was named man of the match
Meanwhile, the club’s 2nd XV recorded an 82-3 demolition of Lismore on Saturday.
Gary Dyer crossed for four tries, while Jock MacKay added 32 points through two tries and 11 conversions.
This weekend, the Reds will look to maintain their good early-season form as they welcome East Kilbride to Neilson Park, while the 2nd XV host their counterparts from Preston Lodge.
Rhodri Thomas, head coach, said: "I was very pleased with the way we played for large parts of the game. We scored key tries either side of half time which helped us build momentum and also gain in confidence.
"We scored several excellent team tries in the second half and didn't allow Dalziel any opportunities to get back in the game. With a good win for our seconds we are happy with how our squad is improving and hope that this continues."
